Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Promotive Health and Nutrition, we strive to provide exceptional Ayurvedic and Functional Medicine consultations, wellness programs, and nutritional products with utmost care and integrity. Your satisfaction is important to us, and this policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations and refunds may be processed.

1. Consultation & Program Bookings

  • Once a consultation or wellness program is booked and payment is completed, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time.
     

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment are non-refundable, as the slot is reserved exclusively for you.
     

  • In the event of an unavoidable emergency, rescheduling may be allowed once, subject to the practitioner’s availability.
     

  • No-shows or missed sessions will not be refunded or rescheduled.
     

  • For multi-session programs, once the program has commenced, no partial or full refund will be issued.
     

2. Product Orders (Ayurvedic & Nutraceutical Kits)

  • Orders once placed cannot be cancelled once they are shipped or dispatched.

  • Refunds will not be issued for delays due to courier, postal, or customs processes beyond our control.
     

  • Products that are opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for return or refund.

3. Digital Programs, Courses & Webinars

  • Due to the nature of digital content, once access is granted, no refunds or cancellations are permitted.
     

  • If you face any technical issues in accessing course material, we will assist you in resolving it promptly.
     

4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days to your original mode of payment.
     

  • Refunds are subject to verification and approval by the Promotive Health and Nutrition team.
